I do often use Recordings(20 10 12 14) and they are really sweet, especially the toms(10 inch tom is ma favourite). These drums are really open sounding, they sing, they are musical! :) The bassdrum is good too, but I think I'd like it more as a 22 because it lacks a bit of bottom in my opinion.

My newest kit, and I am IN LOVE!

8/10/12/14/16/ 22 B.D.

Extremely versatile kit. Great with jazz, funk, or any kind of rock. I've tuned them high & low, single ply/double ply/coated heads, and they just sing in any situation with VERY minimal effort.

You can deaden them up, make 'em punchy & tuned low, or tune 'em high & open and be even more amazed.

Tuning is easy, positioning and adjustments are easy, the finish is fantastic........and the sound has yet to do anything less than amaze me.

All of the hardware is fantastic....best in the business as far as I'm concerned.

I like the way they cut and can still sing. I had a stage custom set back in the late 80's and it had the bes 16 and 18 floor toms. Those drums just rumbled.
