How do you have a pic with your name on this site....Is that an avatar?...if it is then nuthing will post..it either says its too big or too small..i dont get it

Either use something like photobucket and size it to an avatar, or search avatars and find something you like. I just happened to have a picture that coincidentally had my name.

Yup, the only other way to put up a bigger picture is to include it in your signature. But be warned, TOO big and people will complain.
