ok lately after i get done playing on the set my foot starts to hurt. i've been using the same technique for a very long time and it has never caused me any problems. i play single pedal and i dont use anything like heel toe or constant release or the swivel ex-technique. when i do my doubles i skip up to the front of the pedal its how i've always done them and only since recently my foot hurts a bit after i get done playing. anybody have any advice or thoughts?
