i got a good one for u guys its a good doubles warm up and singles as well!! heh its called the 'loser grip' wat u do is with your thumb and index finger let go of the stick to form the 'L shape' and keep it there! let your other fingers do the work for burnouts and chops! its an AWESOME work out for individually and for drumlines! if u feel a burn your doing it right! just sum muscle exercises i do for my hands i have to otherwise...eee haha but yea u can do it with anything 8's 8 on a hand, bucks, etc even rudiments just try it guys! u wont be dissapointed!
