We play music with a midiplayer (charlie lab),

We have a BIG problem, ,,we play sometime faster or slower than the midi file, because we have remove the drum and guitar track, and therefor not have these to play after

what to do ?

Learn how to keep good time. Pratice with a metronome. Put the midi into headphones when you play. If you keep the time the others will follow.

yep, only thing to do is become good at keeping time, you're a drummer, if you can't keep good time you'll be in trouble.

Are you using an in ear monitor? If not, I advise you get one.
