I can deal with any tempo, but Usually anywhere from 180 to 240 is cool for me.
Amateurs practice until they can get it right.
Professionals practice until they can't get it wrong.

usually around 200 is the most comfortable but im comfortable up to around 240. any faster than that and the double kick rolls get rough. nbot that i cant play that fast. but i woulnt call it comfortable

90-130 is where i can really dig into a good groove.

Our band usually stays between 90-115. I feel comfrtable within this range but have been known to enjoy a good 130-140 bpm song!
