I have these 12" high hat cymbals from a first act drumset (crappiest drum set on earth) when stacked and inverted they sound like a really trashy, tinny, sounding china with a very, very short decay.

I guess my 6.5 stagg ice bell and my lp 8 ice bell are pretty unique sounding.

I could read this topic all day! I love unique cymbals. Considering I have 10 cymbals, only 2 of them are ordinary crashes. My fav is my Sabian 17" Effeks crash. It sounds so mean and dirty, listen to it here: http://www.myspace.com/twowordname click on "Razors." the very first cymbal you hear is the Effeks crash

I had some incredible zyms that I had to let go...

14" Zildjian Avedis New Beat hats (80' era).

18" Zildjian K Jazz Ride (Pre Serial).

Now... I've got a Radia Bell that I love so much, I think I'm the only one in my country to have one of these. :P

And I'm in love with my new 22" HHX Legacy Heavy Ride, it sounds amazing.
