i think i would have to say my zildjian Z custom dynoi beat hats and my zildjian Z custom megabell ride. those are the two best cymbals i have ever boughten.

the dyno hats are some of the heaviest hats i have heard in a while, very heavy but have a really high/light tone to them. love'em,

My most unique cymbal is my 1963 Zildjian 20" A Ride. Unreal sounding, and I've been offered $2500 cash for it and will not part with it for anything.

I'm also quite partial to my Saluda 20" Mist-X Heavy Ride. It was custom made to my specs for my playing in my rock band, and is louder than any other ride that I've ever heard, including Z Customs, Rudes, MB20s and MB10s.

I have a 20" Wuhan Ride that's really thick and heavy and it pings like crazy, plus it has 4 aluminum rivets in it. It's really great with a lot of character. I'll never sell it.

it's has got to be a toss up between my old 22" paiste cry heavy ride and 20" paiste visions china. i think most days i would say the raw power of the china would dominate.

I took a cracked 8 in sabian AAX splash and put it on top of an old beaten and nameless crash from a 1960's sears and robuck drum set. The two of them together sound inredible, like a complex china with lots of sustain and overtone. Very unique

I have a Sabian AAX 8' splash with a inverted B8 8' splash on top of it. It gives you the same sound as Portnoys signature stacks, but about 1/3 of the price. Course the B8 gets beaten and breaks often, but I still save alot of money.

I love the Dark Crash.

It doesn't sound special, but I just love it.

Hell,...I've got:5" Paiste cup chime,10" Sabian cymbal disk,9" LP ice bell.

But,I'd have to say it's my 21" Sabian AA Rock Ride w/a Hand Hammered bell.

I got a 20" Meinl 'One of a Kind' Ride Cymbal.

I think it's the Business, i compared it with a 21" HHX Groove ride (ZORO)

The bell was brighter, the bow was nice and pingy and if you strike the Edge it'd be a great Wave of Sound.

Unfortunatly i haven't been able to Record it yet!
