I like flams, single 16th strokes, and triplets.
It 's better to have played and broken sticks,than to have never held sticks at all.

Mine would be the Flam Tap. But I don't play it correct in that I don't switch to the left one. I just play the right on over and over.

At the moment. i think i would have to say "flamtap" or "paradidle,didle"

a lot of fun to play, but nothing beats the old doulbe stroke roll haha ,,

As made obvious my the thread, the flam, paradiddles and variations of the 2 are the most functional for drumset playing, I use them frequently in beats and fills - as does everyone else. Personally I'm partial to the flam style rudiments - flam drags, swiss army triplets, and the combination of the 2 - swiss army flam drags - try it sometime.

My favorites: Inverts and single hand patiflaflas with cheese, please
