Is there a website that shows where i could find drum instructors in my area? If so please give link.

The best thing to do, I'd say, would be look up music stores in the yellow pages in your area and call them and ask. I'm unaware of a website that offers the information you seek unfortunately. If you happen to live in GA in the ol' US, then I can point you to a few places.

They have a thing called "VC Education Team" It's a list of teachers all over the US.
