I HAVE A 20"Z CUSTOM CRASH AND IT DOES GREAT AS A CRASH AND A CRASH RIDE. I LOVE IT!!!!!! :twisted: :twisted:

I have an 18" A. Zildjian medium crash/ride that I bought in 1987. It has outlasted every other cymbal I have bought since. It is still my main crash. It's heavy, but not too heavy!! Good attack and better decay rate.

For the money on sabains side my vote is going to go to the xs20 18 crash. My future is pretty open i get some more bread. Then its going to be a ozone crash and and thin aa crash.

Sabian 18" AAXplosion crash

Though the best that I've heard is the Sabian Signature 19" Saturation crash :shock:

Anyhow,the 16" AAXplosion crash does great....just gotta be easy with it.

i love my AAX 18" stage crash. a local professional percussionist said he loved it and i agree its warm brill for crashing and riding off. also have a 16" zildjian A custom projection love it as well.

but i recommend the 18". if ya want a good cymbal go for it. :D

Yes,the AAX stage crash is nice but,the dark crash is very similar to the Vault crash...:idea:

No matter what brand,projection crashes are good stuff.

i have a 14" AAX Dark crash and it sounds pretty much the same as my 16" AAX stage crash except it decays alot faster. good for messing about with.
