Mostly rock and country but I can pretty much play anything.

My whole thing is about playing for the song.

I played drums (and recorded) on both of these.

althought i play in a melodic metal band, when im by myself jamming, i play kind of all genres mushed into one. i try to use every part of my set as much as i can, and really push myself, and its a really cool blend of everything.

I have three cd's on the market (as of now) three completely different styles...

Prog rock... ala Genesis/Moody Blues/Yes/ELP

Guitar instrumental Rock... ala Steve Via, Joe Satriani

Country Folk/rock... don't believe there's such a genre.... www.betteroffdad.com go there and see... the girls only 15 and has been offered a Sony recording contract already!

from those 3 styles you can prolly tell I'm into just about everything that kicks it... 'cept Jazz... (can't read charts... play by ear only).. BUT I've been at it for 35+ years.. so I got a pretty good ear... me thinks!

I don't really like labels, I think they limit you. I play rock 'n' roll. A touch of pop, a bit of 80's synth, a smidgeon of late 70's punk, with a smattering of jazz and a pinch of 70's progressive. It's all original. Check us out at www.planetkelp.com.

I play a lot of different styles from stuff like Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, and Trivium to music like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Led Zeppelin. I currently play in a symphonic black metal band, but I combine everything into my music. I add jazzy accents in with blast beats, I use really technical funky fills and I love adding to the atmosphere using chimes and congas. I use a lot of percussion most people would never even think of adding in a metal band.

I play in a metal band and a jazz quartet right now. The metal band I'm in is heavily influenced by Mastodon, Avenged Sevenfold and Coheed and Cambria, and it challenges me. Of course, the jazz quartet challenges me too. I love playing all kinds of music though, and I practice all kinds. I want to be as well rounded as possible.

I play Punk becuase Its fast, energetic, and I don't specifically like metal. Plus the ddrums Get noticed alot more and we have a lot more chances to stand out.

I like to play like Travis Barker.
