I'd like the entire Mapex Black Panther line, please. Hold the ketchup. 8)

The snare I have now is awesome - a Pearl Masters Custom 5.5 x 14 maple natural finish. Brand new and singing! Love the crack, but has the warmth as well.
Skill tempered with relevance and simplicity.

I don't care who makes it!

13x7 solid stave oak 1/2 inch thick with reinforcement rings, double endo tube lugs, and those big thick Yamaha style wood hoops

the idea is to achieve maximum crack and maximum tone without sacrificing either one and retaining a medium pitch

If anyone steals this idea, I'm okay with it as long as you call it, "The Phee."

I just bought one of my dream snares. Mapex Pro Series Maple 14x6.5. My other dream snares would be a DW Edge 14x6 and a Black Panther Birds Eye Maple 14x6.5.

Solid Percussion 13" by 3.5" Solid Shell Cocobolo picollo.

Too bad that Solid Percussion went under. :(

I have one of my dream snares, a Ludwig 6.5x14 supraphonic. My other dream snares are anything Dunnett. If you havent seen Ronn Dunnetts stuff youre missing out. http://www.dunnett.com

Dunnett makes the shell for the Ludwig titanium supraphonic. That drum is stunning, the titanium sound is heads and sholders above any other drum material. Plus, it has the classy ludwig look.

You wont be disappointed. I just bought one and it's amazing.

My dream snare is an original Slingerland Radio King. I'll get one, one day.

I've got one of these and I love it! It's a noble and cooley 14x7" SS maple classic, apparently mine is a 1986 model but I'm not 100% certain!

whats that 9" deep premier snare called? I want one just to fool around with.

I have 2 ludwig supraphonics and 2 rogers dynasonics. I think they cover just about everything.
