My main snare is a Yamaha 14x7 Birch Custom Nouveau, with vintage wood hoops. Basically an Anton Fig Sig. but deeper.
I also have:
Pearl 14x6.5 Steve Ferrone Sig, with die-cast hoops
Pearl 14x5.5 Ultracast
Old DW 14x4 maple
Late 70's Ludwig Acrolite aluminum

I just got an endorsement with Truth, and they're building me two with my kit.
13x6.5 10-ply maple with wood hoops
10x6 6-ply birch
The truth is not wide.

The snare drum i hand-made, stained, and lacquered. Its pretty damn pretty. And sounds pretty nice too.

I also have some random Yamaha (i think) snare from around the 60s-70s (i think). But i have no real concrete evidence for any of << that.

I'm using a Yamaha Musashi 13" with aquarian studio x batter head. It's got a very nice crack to it. Anyone hear anything good about it?
