I've noticed recently that there's a new wave of drummers using multi-pedal configurations; Grant Collins, Terry Bozzio, Benny Greb, Thomas Lang, etc...
more than just a double-bass pedal and a hat or two; these guys are squeezing in mounted snare drums, percussion instruments, etc-

Just wondering if anyone here has experimented with such a layout?
Some of them get pretty complex and pricey to put together I would imagine. I'm thinking of setting up a few Roland pedals down below to expand the possibilities, but I'm a really bad dancer- don't know that I will be able to get the hang.

benny's: (a bit more basic) more my speed-

well I use 3 pedals on my left side and 3 on my right. My left side consists of remote hihat, left side hihat, bass drum 22". The right side has bass drum 22", 2nd bass drum 18" and an electronic bass drum.
