my current setup is:

12" Istanbul Agop Traditional Mini Hi-Hat (main hats)
14" Paiste 2000 ColorSound Heavy Hi-Hat (closed aux. hats)
4" Paiste 2002 Accent on top of
9" Istanbul Agop Traditional Splash
16" Alchemy Professional Sweet Crash
16" Istanbul Agop Traditional Heavy Crash
20" Paiste 2002 Power Ride
20" Istanbul Agop Traditional Swish

however when I'm playing with my band I'm only using the two hats, alchemy crash and the swish :)

in an emotional and not abstract way.
It is more than a metaphor:
It is a physical experience as real as any other.

currently its:

10" aax splash
12" wuhan china
14" zbt hihats (inverted because of a crack in the top hat)
14" aaxplosion crash
18" paiste signature full crash (unfortunately cracked)
18" aaxplosion crash
18" zbt china
21" hh raw bell dry ride (absolute beauty)

im looking for upgrades to the hats and big china and i may replace the sig crash with a 17" aaxplosion when i find some extra cash...for now its doing fine but when that crack finally goes itll be horrendous (its my main crash right now).
