I kind of had a question about this too. I used to use Gorilla Snot. Anyone use this anymore??

that used to happen to me i'd find myself holding on the very end of the stick with my thumb and pointer finger, i just started make a concious efoort to use proper technique and keep my hand in the right place.

That's my exact problem! I lose sticks all the time...luckily I've had so much practice at losing and grabbing another stick without missing a beat...that I'm a true professional at it now! :) :( I definitely have to work on my technique....

I used to have your same problem, not so much anymore.

No clue how I fixed it really, seems to have just fixed itself.

BUt, as others have said, I suggest really working on your goip and technique.
