Hey guys,

I have just recently purchased some rims gauger mounts for my high tom(8x12), and floor tom(14x16). I am now in the market for an attachment that clamps on to my cymbal stands in order to keep the toms suspended. I have done some research, but am unsure on whether or not the L rod will be able to handle my 14x16 inch floor tom. What do you guys recommend?

L-rod will do fine, as would the pearl style. Its really about personal preference, I find pearl mounts to be great, but I know some people hate them and can't seem to find out how to use them correctly.
