can someone give me the 411 on all the types of bearing edges and how they differ from each other?

It all depends on what type of sound youre looking for and what types of shells youre using?
but typical edges include.
45 Deg- modern edge. /\
30 deg - vintage edge (commonly found on current gretsch drums) /\
and these two edge profiles can be used with an outer rounded edge. (\
Drums so tough they'll beat YOU to death!
