How do you like it?

I know that head is what made look into Evans and Aquarian more, I had a skI saw this head came out and said to myself finally a Remo answer to the emad and super kick I bought it, tried to tune it for hours everyday for about 3 days. I tried to take it back to GC because I was soooooo disgusted. The guy said he could take it back. When I asked why he said "We are trying to run a business." All while he was playing a set with 2 PST 5 rides as hi-hats.

I think I will stick to the Super kicks and Emad 2 from now on. 8)

Pretty sweet. You switched to response II's now or were those just some spare heads?

clear ec2's or clear g2's. I like ec2's non my 45 degree edged toms, and g2's on my 30 degree edges toms. though right now I have just the opposite. I usually use emads on the kick, but the wfd competitin landed me with 50 free remo heads. so its been powersonics.

yeah dude iknow what your talking about with the grommets. when i refinished my 13" rockstar tom (same era as your granstar im assuming). i scratched the inside so bad trying to get them out. but they arent nearly as expensive as the granstars lol. im thinking about refinishing the whole kit, but its a pain in the ass. i give you credit brotha
