Makes me feel better having helped you, only to see you becoming more and more sarcastic the more people helped....

Like I said... we're done.

You blew it.

And neither is insulting professionals that were trying to help you.

In no way, shape or form did P.J. or Zen have to help you. And you spat in their face.

Now you tell me what was more necessary?

haha oh god. havent we resolved this problem in the LAST thread? i do enjoy the fighting though cause no offense bear your being kind of clueless right now. Like someone said up there (im too lazy to go check lol) if its just a hobby dont worry about a name yet. even if your gonna put this idea into play in 3 years theres no need for a name right now. if someone actually wants to become a custom drum company and use the name you used just beause it says "...... drums" on your myspace doesnt mean you took legal action to copyright it. just put the idea of a custom drum company to rest for the time being cause im pretty sure my man Zen, and a few others are getting pretty fumed over this. lol but i can understand why!

Making a myspace wont stop anybody from taking the name. BTW I wouldnt think a company was legit if they had a myspace as their main site.
People that get stuff done have way too much time on their hands.

Yeah, because having a myspace automatically trademarks a name right?

Man, you have a lot to learn.

I wanted the background to be a purple glitter special worn finish, but that wasn't an option... shrugs... oh well... I'll blame the flash.

Zen, I'm saving that.
If I ever make a snare in the future, I'm totally putting that badge on it just for kicks.

just make sure that it's straight or you'll catch a lot of hell for it.

XD.

Well, to be fair that kid was presenting himself as a business.

And hell, he turned out to be a pretty good builder, so hopefully it helped him in the long run.
