After weeks of confusion I have finally decided on going with the Mapex Pro M Drum set. Can someone tell me about the 500 series hardware, any good? Any issues?

it'll do grand for gigs. but if your not fussed on the hardware id just get a shell pack! and buy your own hardware separately.

it is really solid and will serve you well for anything you need it for. but if you are big on hardware then you could like said above, ask to just buy the shell pack and buy your own hardware
