My mom ordered me some clear pinstripe batter for my gig kit, im happy wish she would of ordered me some bass heads too since im still usisng stock heads from two years ago. lol. ill eventully buy some super kick 2's. =D

Mapex M birch 5 peice kit
Mapex steel 10 by 5.5 side snare

Good luck I've personally have never liked them on my set but my friends Satarclassic Performer it sounds pretty good with em. I guess your putting it on the m birch so it should yield similar results to my buddies.

no im actually putting them on the pulse kit. i gig with it, i plan on getting a tama double bass kit next year tho. ditching this pulse kit. I gig with the two basses and practice with the double pedal.

I do that too, with the pedals/double bass.

ya like Dave Lombardo said "two bass drums have more power then a double bass pedal." something along those lines he said.

But ya I will only use two bass drums at gigs, more power more drums, more fun!! =D

My situation is out of necessity. Because of my rack and the way I have Bongosaurus set up, I need that left bass drum there, if for nothing else then holding up my hi-hats! :lol:
