I f***ing love the sound of a pwrsonic 3 on my pdp x7 kick.

My favorite drum to tune is a 14" floor tom. for some reason, no matter what kind of head orbrand of drum set it is, I can tune it with orgasmic results.

a fiberskyn ambassador in any snare... make a steel snare sounds like wood & a wood snare sounds more warmer, dark without loosing attack... perfect...
i can't wait to have these on my toms :P

BD Batter - EMAD and Super Kick I on other set
BD Reso - Ludwig stock and Evans EQ3 on other set.

Evans EC2 Coateds on the batter for any tom with G1's as reso. If you play metal, it's the got the perfect mix of depth, attack and tone. And this is on a cheap pearl forum set. Imagine Maple or Birch!

Also, EC2 Clear as a snare batter. I have that on my Pearl JJ Signature Snare and it is the most amazing snare sound I've ever heard (Save some of Nicholas Barker's recordings, but it wasn't a natural snare sound)

Just can't get enough of that Evans Hd dry Snare head that provides volume punch attack and not to mention the just equal amount of ring on my Pulse Piccolo snare drum (14 x 3.5)

clear remo pinstripes on the toms (just in the past year went from using all evans, i think i like the remos better)
coated g1s on the snare, keep it LOUD
