Was just checking out his endurance and balance practice schedule thing on his website.

"Playing 8th notes.
4 notes per hand for two minutes with four count rest
8 notes per hand for two minutes with four count rest
12 notes per hand for two minutes with four count rest
16 notes per hand for two minutes with four count rest.
Alternating single strokes for two minutes. (10 minute total)"

I dont really understand what he's saying there

Anyone fancy clearing it up for me? :D

these exercises are crazy...they helped me out alot and ive just been messing with them! cleaned up my blasts alot
Pearl,Sabian,promark...cant go wrong with that.

thanks to this exercise, i can now play long clean blasts without wavering...LOL :mrgreen:
