I've been told that my bass drum volume is a lot bigger than my snare and hi-hat sound. Has anyone else had that problem and what did you guys do about it??

Maybe you should put a pillow in your bassdrum. Or get a felt beater to your pedal.

i have a pillow and 2 towels in my bass drum....that should do the trick...ooorrr....if ur snare head and tom heads are old and have been played on alot...u might have some dead heads which will really effect the timbre (tone) and volume of the drum....u should get new heads if thats the case
