Some GREAT books:

Drumkit:

Reed- "Syncopation 1 and 2"
Carmine Appice's "Ultimate Realistic Rock"
Tommy Igoe's "Groove Essentials"
Gavin Harrison's "Rhymics Perspectives" and "Rhythmic Illusions"-advanced

Snare:

John Pratt's "14 Modern Contest Solos"
George Lawrence Stone's "Stick Control"
Buster Bailey's "Wrist Twisters"
Matt Savage's "Rudimental Workshop"
Micheal Colgrass's "6 unacompanied snare solos"
Jaques Delecluse's "douze etudes"
....and many more

check em out. Some are hard as hell. others aren't so bad

Remember! Practice doesn't make perfect. Correct practice makes perfect!
