In less than half an hour you can have a signature dish of South Africa: bobootie (pronounced: bah boor ti) which is a sweet aromatic curry mince with fruit and a savoury custard topping.
My fellow South Africans will know how wonderful this dish is. I strongly encourage all nations to try it. Easy, cheap and quick.
