It all depends on what they offer.

To me their recordings of drums do not sound very good, but I only checked ~10 recordings from different bands.

I'm a little put off by the fact that the website seems more geared toward selling artists on signing with them, not selling music to consumers.

they dont look legit to me for some reason. Local bands around my area are making the wrong desicions and i just wanna smack them haha. they sign with labels that are basically run by 15 year olds. or they arent big enough to give the band the money that they need to go into a good recording studio or they dont give any money at all. if you're paying for recordings, paying for your cd to be manufactured, paying for merch, and still selling tickets for shows, then do not sign with them. because otherwise the label is just for show and they really arent helping you in the long run

Let labels approach you. If you're ready to be on one you'll know, because you won't have to shop round for anyone to sign you, there'll be possibilities on the table and you'll make the choice based on their offers.

It means nothing to be 'signed' nowadays anyway, unless it's to some major label who will give you stacks of cash and huge publicity.
