Congratulations, kids really are wonderful. The first one is always a learning experience, it gets easier with the others (if you decide on more kids, that is). Don't worry, that screaming you hear now, only gets louder as they get older, lol! Congrats again, you have a happy healthy baby.

actually... the kid's awesome. he cries very, very rarely... and has been sleeping through the night since he was a month old (4 months now...)

it's looking like, unless we adopt, he'll be our only kid. my wife almost died during delivery (seriously... she was in a coma for 4 days, was in ICU for 5... in the hospital for a total of 9 days). she had an extremely rare (40 cases a year) complication and she had a 20% chance of survival with a 3% chance of making a full recovery.

one's enough anyway... we both have good jobs but i don't know how we could swing two kids.

those little bastards are expensive.

Whoa. I read the title and said, "what, did you have a baby?" to myself before clicking on it! I'm psycho...no wait, that's psychic.

Congrats, my man. :)

Wow, I'm sorry to hear your wife had such serious complications. Glad to hear she made it through and is alright. Kids are expensive, you'll never have enough money and even when you think you do, you still don't. Whew, if you think they're expensive now, wait until they want to play baseball, or soccer or like my 12yr old, diving. Priorities totally change when you have kids, as I'm sure you have experienced. I'm the dad that is up at 0-dark-30 (5a.m.) to take his daughter to diving class, and I have no problem doing that because it makes her happy and that, in turn, makes me happy.

Congrats on your newbie....but I think I like the vids of the crazy laughing babies better ( no offense of course) they always just put me on my ass laughing. But it definately sounds like you have a singer on your hands with pipes like those. HAHA.

Good Luck!

Awsome man. I can't wait to have one. My best friend's girlfriend just had one, and that kid is a trip. When I go to his house she just laughs at me for hours.
Don't let him be a drummer, we're crazy.
