my posture from the shoulders up are bad according to other people.
any tips on how to straighten up my neck/face? its from all the hours on being on the computer + drumset, according to the doctors.
my face is straight on one side and its a little slanted on the other, same goes with my neck. its not noticeable only if you take a good look.

Do you workout? How long and what do you do you practice on the kit? Do you use a back rest? Just a few concerns that may be related to your question. P.O.Y!

imagine your spin is being pulled up by a string attached to the roof, shoulders up and back (within reason of course) neck straight and your chin up. And try setting yourself a reminder to check your posture say, every time you walk through a door, so you are checking it a lot. Within a week it will become natural and it will no longer be a worry.

It all starts with your foundation. If your posture is off at the shoulders it's most likely off at your hips, too.

Definitely check those links Garrett posted.

One more little tip - try to push your shoulder blades back. This will open up your chest and lengthen your spine. I had a bad case of bursitis in my right shoulder aggravated by terrible posture and just focusing on keeping my shoulders back has helped a lot.

Dude, what part of "it starts with your foundation" is confusing you, here? If you're going to ask for help, it's a good idea to listen to the answers given.
