in the beginning and another part hes playing a blast with only his right foot but his left foot is doing a different rythm but i cant make out with its controling. my only thought was a high hat somewhere.

what do you think?

He doesnt use those pedals...heel-toe

Oh and those are called ribbon crashers ... look for a vid on youtube with his set-up where hes explaining it. Its like bunch of sheet medal with a screw through it mounted to a pedal for a weird brashy nasty accent thingy

hwes got an auxillary pedal next to his left bass pedal, i think it controlls hats or a clave pedal i know hes got a hi hat pedal on both sides

that makes sense. is that what hes playing on with his right hand during that part? the videos not clear enough for me to see a bunch of metal sheets.

Nah his right hand is just blastin on a set of mini hats or alien hats. Or whatever concoction he set up for his set back then.
